The Ta'Chéé is located in Ft. Defiance, Navajo Nation, on the land of the late Dineh ceremonial practitioner Philmer Bluehouse

The sweat lodge and medicinal ceremonial structure were blessed through traditional Ta'Chéé songs and oral traditions by Louise Benally (Dineh) of Black Mesa, renowned human rights defender and advocate of the Navajo Nation. Her lifelong work for water and life is what is known as the Big Mountain resistance against the Peabody Coal mine located in Black Mesa.

The sweat was made with Dzil Yijiin Crew (Black Mesa Crew) led by Roberto Nutlouis.
